I enjoyed this property - stunningly beautiful hotel.

My room included central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television. Peaceful and favourable location to attractions like Mid-America Center Arena, that was feet from the hotel.

Booked this for our weekend and it met needs well. Incredibly beautiful hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had a WONDERFUL experience. The setting was wonderful, not far from bass pro shop the horseshoe casino and the casinos and movie theater and restaurant. Furthermore, in secluded area.

Convenient location to Mid-America Center Arena. Near to bass pro shop the horseshoe casino, and the horseshoe casino. Reasonably spacious and absolutely fantastic room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Nice bed.

Fairly clean hotel with helpful staff. Exceptionally nice and peaceful hip new property location just off movie theater and restaurant, the horseshoe casino, and council bluffs. Also, close to Zoo.

There were a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, appreciated that. The bed was comfortable & the staff was very amiable. The location was comfortable and quiet, in the council bluffs area overlooking street.

Good service, though a few employees were very rude. The hotel was in a marvellous location very close to movie theater and restaurant, and bass pro shop the horseshoe casino.

The location was good and amazing, so close to the zoo and movie theater and bass pro shop the horseshoe casino. Queen room was absolutely fantastic. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a safe area and close to restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. They have useful amenities like an on-site washer and dryer. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, although there was a long wait to be helped.

The bed was uncomfortable. The front desk didn't provide requested items promptly, and the manager's response was unfriendly.

The location at Mid America Center was perfect for our activity. The space was quiet and the seating was comfortable, providing a great spot for downtime. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a soft, yet supportive feel.

Location very close to Zoo and restaurant and movie theater and restaurant. 10 minutes walk to Horseshoe Casino. Such wonderful overall experience.

I had a fabulous stay at a clean hotel with a convenient location. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the big window in the room. Plus, the hotel offered pick-up/trailer parking, which was a great bonus. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, as it was near the Mid America Center where my activity was taking place. I also appreciated the quietness of the space, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The seating in the hotel was very comfortable, providing a great spot for downtime between meetings or activities. Additionally, the hotel offered ample free parking, which was convenient for guests like me who had a car during their stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of included breakfast. It would be helpful if the website indicated whether breakfast is included in the price, as it can make for a more difficult stay when it's not available.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I will come back. Enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional, nothing to complain about. Its location at walking distance from Mid-America Center Arena was comfy and peaceful. It also was close to restaurants. The restaurant had wonderful food.
